Returns and refunds

Tell us that you wish to withdraw by emailing support@studiomoien.com within 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. Include your name and order number so we can identify the purchase.

You may use this wording: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [goods], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address, date.”

You do not need to provide photographs or a reason for an ordinary withdrawal. We will reply with the return instructions.

Handle the product only as needed to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Return it complete, unused beyond that inspection, and without avoidable damage.

Studio Moien pays the standard return-shipping cost when you follow the return instructions we provide. Please do not send goods independently before receiving those instructions.

We reimburse eligible payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery option, no later than 14 days after you tell us of the withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first.

The refund is made to the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear explanation, and photographs showing the issue. This information helps us resolve transit damage, defects, or an incorrect shipment quickly. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Defective or non-conforming products are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee. Studio Moien bears the necessary return costs for goods covered by that guarantee.
