Product descriptions, formats, language options, prices, and current availability appear on the relevant product page. Website prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown before payment.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when Studio Moien confirms acceptance or dispatch, subject to successful payment and availability. If an accepted order cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund the affected payment.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe using the methods offered during checkout. Studio Moien does not receive your complete card number. We may refuse or cancel an order where payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, or reasonable fraud or abuse checks require it.

Launch delivery is available to European Union countries only. Dispatch and estimated delivery times are described on the delivery page. Estimates are not guarantees, but we will contact you if a material delay becomes known.

Risk passes when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online goods. The process, free return arrangement offered by Studio Moien, and refund timing are explained in our returns policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory rights, including the statutory guarantee for goods that are defective or do not conform to the contract.

Product pages may link to matching Amazon listings. A purchase completed on Amazon is a separate transaction governed by the seller, price, delivery, returns, and platform terms displayed there.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your country of residence.
